The name Pink Moon has nothing to do with its color; its name originates from the color of the Phlox subulata, one of the first wild plants to bloom during this season.

This moon is usually characterized by giving us one of the first sunsets with mild weather, announcing the early arrival of spring.

Beauty and Harmony are the key words of this full moon, which invites us to work on our relationships and seek balance in them. It also encourages us to observe and appreciate the beauty around us.

It is the perfect time to reflect on how to resolve conflicts and restore peace around us. The yoga practice we will do this evening will focus on that. On the beach, in front of the sea… there is no better setting…

Duration: One hour.

Level: Open to all. Each participant will practice according to their body’s abilities, respecting their own limits.

Time: April 13th at 7:45 PM.
