Back massage focuses on the upper body: chest, arms, shoulders, neck and head. It begins by kneading all the muscles of the back. The paravertebral muscles are relaxed. Then the shoulders are worked with the arms and finally the neck and head.

Once finished working the entire back, some stretching is done to end the session. It is a highly effective massage to relieve stress and discomfort in this area.
