If you are going through a period of change or emotional ups and downs, the Magical Massage can offer your body and mind a moment of respite.

The first part is a gentle, relaxing massage performed while you lie face down. Long, flowing movements work across the whole body, melting away tension and allowing you to switch off from the rush of everyday life and enter a deep state of relaxation.

For the second part, you lie face up, starting with work on the neck and selected foot reflexology points at the massage therapist’s discretion. Finally, once your body is relaxed, energy techniques are combined: Reiki with the energy of gemstones, the sound of singing bowls and essential oils.

The result is deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation

You can finish by choosing an oracle card. Oracle cards serve as a tool for connecting with your intuition and finding mental clarity, expressing what you feel through words or images.

Techniques you can combine:

• Stones
• Herbal compresses
• Crystal therapy
• Tibetan singing bowls
• Oracle card.
